Thank You for Supporting
JCYC’s 2020 SF Aloha Run for Black Lives!
JCYC’s 2020 SF Aloha Run for Black Lives was a tremendous success. The passion and enthusiasm
from our participants was nothing short of amazing! We had over 800 runners and walkers register from
3 different continents, 23 US states, and over 100 cities across the country.
When we started thinking about organizing JCYC’s first ever virtual run, we had no idea how many
people would participate. We were hopeful that we could offer many people around the country an
opportunity to demonstrate their support and solidarity for Black Lives. The actual results far exceed
anything we could have imagined.
JCYC is extremely grateful for our sponsors, running teams, individual donors, and participants,
whose generous contributions and support take us a long way. This year, we raised $85,000 thanks to
the tremendous support we received. Please stay tuned for this year’s photos, and we hope you can
join us again in 2021!
JCYC Receives Workspace Support from
Notion
JCYC is proud and fortunate to be supported by Notion! Thanks to notion, JCYC has received Notion’s
“Paid Team Plan” for free, so we can coordinate a company-wide all-in-one workspace (or wiki) for sharing
best practices in our mission to support Black, Brown, and undocumented youth who are disproportionately
impacted by COVID-19. Notion will help us coordinate equity projects, hold us accountable, and measure
gaps and progress.
Served Annually
Our programs serve over 7,000
children and youth from all
ethnic backgrounds in the San
Francisco Bay Area.
