Applications Open: 2026 Nikkei Community Internship

JCYC is now accepting applications for the Nikkei Community Internship (NCI) program for summer 2026! NCI is the best opportunity for college students to build networks, professional skills, and make an impact in the Japanese American community.

This paid, 8-week, full-time summer internship offers placements in Northern California through the Japanese Community Youth Council (JCYC) and Japanese American Museum of San Jose (JAMsj) and Southern California through Kizuna. It will take place from June 22 - August 14.

During your internship, you'll support the impactful work of these community organizations, contribute to meaningful projects, and build connections with mentors and peers who share your commitment to preserving and enhancing the Japanese American community.
